Prohibits reimbursement for employees of the department of corrections and the department of natural resources, for costs attributable to their being the victims of offender assaults, from continuing longer than: (1) Three hundred sixty-five consecutive days after the date of the injury; or (2) the date of termination of time loss benefits related to the assault by the department of labor and industries, whichever is later.
