Allows the prescription and dispensing of contraceptive patches, contraceptive rings, and oral contraceptives by a pharmacist.

Prohibits benefits from being denied for services performed by a pharmacist under this act, including reimbursement for prescription drugs or products prescribed or dispensed under this act and for consultation services provided by the pharmacist and as required by this act.
