On page 24, line 1 of the striking amendment, after "(29)" strike "Proprietary" and insert "Until January 1, 2029, proprietary"

On page 25, at the beginning of line 8 of the striking amendment, strike "That" and insert "Until January 1, 2029, that"

On page 25, after line 32 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 26. Sections 1 through 20 and 23 through 25 of this act expire on January 1, 2029."

EFFECT: Expires the provisions of the bill on January 1, 2029.
