    On page 36, line 36, after "(9)" strike "$159,407,000" and insert "$99,407,000"

EFFECT:   Reduces the Transportation Partnership Account--State appropriation for the SR 99/Alaskan Way Viaduct replacement project by $60 million.

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Reduces Transportation Partnership Acct - State by $60,000,000.
