    On page 1, at the beginning of line 8, insert "(1)"

    On page 1, at the beginning of line 17, insert the following:

    "(2) The written agreement acted upon by a board of trustees must be submitted to the director of the office of financial management by October 1 prior to the fiscal year in which the provisions of the agreement go into effect."

EFFECT:   Requires a collective bargaining agreement with academic employees at a community college or technical college be reduced to writing, approved by a board of trustees, and submitted to the Director of the Office of Financial Management by October 1 prior to the fiscal year in which the terms of the agreement go into effect.
