    On page 4, after line 27, insert the following:

"(5) Nothing in this section permits an employee to violate the requirements in chapter 49.17 RCW and rules promulgated under that chapter."

EFFECT:  Specifies that nothing in the provisions regarding wage and related discussions permits an employee to violate the Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act (WISHA) or WISHA rules.
