    On page 3, beginning on line 15, strike all of section 4

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    On page 4, line 12, after "wages" strike "or lack of employment opportunities"

EFFECT:  Strikes the section prohibiting discrimination in providing employment opportunities based on gender.  Strikes the provision in wage and related discussion section prohibiting retaliation for asking the employer to provide a reason for the employee's lack of employment opportunities.
