    Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly. Correct the title.

    On page 9, beginning on line 11, after "deposited" strike "consistent with RCW 70.95N.260(4)" and insert "into the general fund"

EFFECT:   Distributes penalties imposed pursuant to hazardous waste management laws on processors of covered electronic products operating under electronic waste recycling laws into the general fund, rather than into the Electronic Products Recycling Account.
