    On page 1, at the beginning of line 17, strike "(1)" and insert "(a)"

    On page 2, at the beginning of line 1, strike "(2)" and insert "(b)"

    On page 2, at the beginning of line 6, strike "(3)" and insert "(c)"

    On page 2, at the beginning of line 11, strike "(4)" and insert "(d)"

    On page 2, at the beginning of line 15, strike "(5)" and insert "(e)"

    On page 2, after line 17, insert the following:

    "(2) The impact fees described in RCW 82.02.050 may not be imposed or collected in connection with the siting of a school under this section."  

EFFECT:  Prohibits the imposition or collection of impact fees in connection with the siting of a school in accordance with the GMA's new provisions concerning the siting of schools in rural areas.
