EFFECT:   Modifies the scope of the recommendations provided by the Department of Natural Resources to the Legislature concerning the marbled murrelet, to remove references to technology and market factors from recommendation concerning actions that support maintaining or increasing family-wage timber and related jobs in affected rural communities.
