    On page 2, beginning on line 20 of the striking amendment, strike all of subsection (3)

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Removes the requirement that the department of transportation must require commercial service airports and airlines operating in Washington to track, record, and report to the department annually the total number of operations, miles flown, and number of passengers on aircraft that are powered at least partially by electrical propulsion systems for commercial service flights.
