    On page 4, line 18, after "All" strike all material through "was" and insert "samples"

EFFECT:   Harmonizes the applicability provision in the statute governing DNA collection and analysis with other provisions in the bill by including all previously collected samples submitted by municipalities, rather than only adult samples.
