    On page 5, line 2, after "program" insert ". Transportation fuels that are refined or otherwise wholly or partly derived from palm oil are not eligible to generate credits under the clean fuels program"

EFFECT:  Requires that Department of Ecology Clean Fuels Program rules make transportation fuels that are wholly or partly derived from palm oil ineligible to generate credits.
