    On page 3, line 16, after "shall" strike "conduct" and insert ":

    (a) Notify the local jurisdiction in which the home is located, in writing, of the applicant's request to increase bed capacity; and

    (b) Conduct"

EFFECT:   Requires the Department of Social and Health Services to notify the local jurisdiction in which the home is located, in writing, of the applicant's request to increase bed capacity.
