    On page 2, line 27, after "firearm" insert "or concealed pistol license"

EFFECT:  Provides that the provisions governing return of a surrendered concealed pistol license do not apply to circumstances where a law enforcement officer has momentarily obtained a firearm from an individual and would otherwise immediately return the concealed pistol license during the same interaction.
