EFFECT: Extends a six-year property tax exemption to: All buildings, machinery, equipment, and other personal property which are used primarily for the processing of biogas from a landfill into marketable coproducts; the land upon which this property is located; and land that is reasonably necessary in the processing of biogas from a landfill into marketable coproducts.
