    On page 5, line 31, after "roll." insert the following:

    "(2)"

    On page 5, line 37, after "29A.04.410." insert "In recovering such election expenses, in no instance shall a county certify or charge any overtime costs relating to canvassing the returns, including tabulation of the ballots."

EFFECT: Prohibits a county from certifying and charging overtime costs for canvassing and tabulating election results relating to an irrigation district election.
