    On page 4, beginning on line 13 of the amendment, strike all of subsection (5)

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Eliminates the provision requiring electric generation resources whose environmental attributes have been sold, transferred, or used to be treated as if they are fossil fuel generating resources.
