    On page 4, beginning on line 1 of the amendment, strike all of subsection (4)

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Eliminates the requirement that electric utilities and market customers demonstrate achievement of all feasible energy efficiency and conservation measures in achieving the 2030, 2035, 2040, and 2045 delivered electricity reduction fossil fuel generation targets. Eliminates the requirement that the 2030, 2035, 2040, and 2045 targets be achieved at the lowest reasonable cost, and that new resource construction maximize family wage job creation and rely on renewable resources and storage.
