    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Removes a statutory change to the Fair Fund that prevents the State Treasurer from transferring $2 million per fiscal year from General Fund-State to the Fair Fund.

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels. Reduces General Fund-State fund balance by $2 million in fiscal year 2018 and $2 million in fiscal year 2019.
