     On page 37, after line 13, after insert the following:

    "(10) If funding is available within amounts provided in this section, the military department must prioritize reimbursements to upgrade 911 telephone equipment for Island, Skagit, and Cowlitz counties."

EFFECT:   Directs the Military Department to reimburse Island, Skagit, and Cowlitz counties first if funding is available for grants to replace analog 911 telephone equipment and upgrade local E911 centers.

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
