    On page 4, line 13, decrease the general fund-state appropriation for fiscal year 2019 by $981,000

    On page 4, line 14, correct the total.

On page 4, after line 14, after insert the following:

    "The appropriations in this section are subject to the following conditions and limitations: Amounts appropriated in this section have been reduced by $981,000 to reflect the requirements of House Bill 2181 (supreme court/size), which reduces the number of justices on the state supreme court from nine to five."

EFFECT:   Decreases the General-Fund State appropriation to reflect the requirements of House Bill 2181 (supreme court/size), which reduces the number of justices on the state Supreme Court from nine to five by January of 2023. 

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Reduces General Fund - State by $981,000.
