    On page 443, after line 29, insert the following:

    "(18) By May 31, 2017, the department must complete a supplemental environmental impact statement related to the April, 2015 publication: Final Environmental Impact Statement Control of Burrowing Shrimp Using Imidacloprid on Commercial Oyster and Clam Beds in Willapa Bay and Grays Harbor, Washington, published by the department."

EFFECT:  Requires the Department of Ecology to complete a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement on the use of Imidacloprid to control burrowing shrimp by May 31, 2017. 

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
