    On page 2, line 28, after "development;" insert the following:

    "(v) A project of a regional transit authority, as described in RCW 81.112.030;"

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:

    Expands the definition of a "project of statewide significance" to include Regional Transit Authority (Sound Transit) projects.
