    On page 9, after line 22, insert the following:

    "(h) No consumer directed employer may share any affiliation with the bargaining representative of individual providers including, but not limited to, shared officers or any financial relationship."

EFFECT:   Prohibits any consumer directed employer from sharing an affiliation with the bargaining representative of individual providers, including shared officers or financial relationships.
