On page 1, beginning on line 2 of the title, after "license;" strike the remainder of the title and insert "and amending RCW 66.24.170."
EFFECT: Removes the bill section that requires the LCB to submit biennial reports to the House Committee on Commerce & Gaming regarding the number of new domestic wineries each biennium. The reporting requirement of the deleted section would have ended in 2023.
