On page 2, beginning on line 8 of the amendment, after "with" strike all material through "representatives" on line 14 and insert "the two largest caucuses in the senate and house of representatives each appointing two members"

EFFECT: Requires the two largest caucuses in the Senate and House of Representatives to appoint legislative members, rather than the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
