    On page 2, line 13, after "of ((ten))" strike "sixty-two" and insert "ten"

On page 2, line l5, after "law." insert "From September 1, 2012, through June 30, 2024, the surcharge shall be sixty-two dollars."

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Makes the $62 document recording fee expire on June 30, 2024 upon which time it reverts back to $10.
