On page 9, after line 36 of the amendment, insert the following:

NEW SECTION.  Sec. 6.  "If specific funding for the purposes of this act, referencing this act by bill or chapter number, is not provided by June 30, 2018, in the omnibus appropriations act, this act is null and void."

On page 10, line 4 of the title amendment, after "and creating" strike "a new section" and insert "new sections"

EFFECT: Makes the bill null and void unless specific funding is provided in the supplemental operating budget.
