    On page 7, line 27, after "(8)", insert "By December 31, 2018, all fish produced in hatcheries and transferred to saltwater in Washington state must first be vaccinated for Vibrio anguillarum, Vibrio ordalli, Aeromona salmonicida, and infectious necrosis virus."

EFFECT:  Requires that all fish produced in hatcheries and transferred to saltwater in Washington state must be vaccinated for certain diseases.
