    On page 17, line 17, increase the General Fund-State Appropriation (FY 2018) by $1,000,000.

    On page 17, line 18, increase the General Fund-State Appropriation (FY 2019) by $1,000,000.

Adjust the total appropriation accordingly.

On page 25, after line 36, insert the following:

"(44) $1,000,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2018 and $1,000,000 of the general fund—state appropriation for fiscal year 2019 are provided solely to administer the grant program required in chapter 43.185C RCW, linking homeless students and their families with stable housing."

EFFECT:  Restores funding for the homeless student stability program which links homeless students and their families with stable housing.

FISCAL IMPACT (2017-19): $2,000,000 General Fund-State

FOUR-YEAR OUTLOOK IMPACT: $4,000,000
