    On page 2, line 6, strike "With the exception of subsection (2) of this section, for", and insert "For".

    On page 2, line 16, strike all of subsection (2).

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Removes the limitation of funds for use on certain

trails in eastern Washington and for trails acquired after the

effective date of the section.
