Prohibits compensating tax from being imposed, under chapter 84.33 RCW (timber and forest lands), if the land is removed from classification solely as a result of a natural disaster such as a flood, windstorm, earthquake, wildfire, or other calamity rather than by virtue of the act of the landowner changing the use of the property.
