EFFECT: (1) Modifies intent language by adding a reference to corresponding provisions of the bill that were adopted in the 2019-2021 operating budget.

(2) Delays the date by which school districts may adopt and enforce school lunch duration policies and procedures that are consistent with a model policy and procedures adopted by the Washington State School Directors' Association to the beginning of the 2023-24 school year.
