On page 18, beginning on line 23 of the striking amendment, strike all of subsections (a) and (b) and insert "(((a) Any scaling procedure;

(b) Any oral prophylaxis, except for coronal polishing;))"

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Removes the prohibition on dental assistants performing scaling procedures and oral prophylaxis.
