On page 4, line 34, after "child." insert "For purposes of this section, a parent's faith-based decision regarding immunization measures for a child shall not constitute a clear and present danger to the health, welfare, or safety of the child."

EFFECT: Provides that a faith-based decision made by a parent pertaining to the immunization of a child does not constitute a clear and present danger in the child abuse statutes.
