On page 14, line 11, after "rate of" strike "0.5" and insert "1.8"
EFFECT: Increases the maximum flow rate for lavatory faucets and replacement aerators from 1.2 gallons per minute to 1.8 gallons per minute. Increases the maximum flow rate for public lavatory faucets and replacement aerators from 0.5 gallons per minute to 1.8 gallons per minute.
