On page 1, line 15, after "agreement." insert "This method of annexation shall be an alternative method and is additional to all other methods provided for in this chapter."

EFFECT: Clarifies that the interlocal agreement method of annexation created in the act is an alternative method and is in addition to all other methods currently in statute.
