On page 3, line 38, after "December 1," strike "2020" and insert "2021"
On page 5, after line 9, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 3. This act takes effect January 1, 2021."
EFFECT: Moves the effective date from 90 days after the end of the session in which it is passed to January 1, 2021, and delays the first annual report to be provided by the Department of Licensing on the number and types of CDL military service member waivers granted by one year.
