EFFECT: Exempts an honorably discharged veteran from the prohibition against manufacturing, possessing, distributing, importing, selling, offering to sell, purchasing, or transferring large capacity magazines and the restrictions on continuing to possessing large capacity magazines that were legally possessed on the effective date of the act.
