EFFECT:   Replaces the requirement that a vehicle must be a semi-trailer with a minimum vehicle length or width with a requirement that a vehicle must be a commercial vehicle (defined by meeting a minimum weight or passenger carrying capacity, or by the fact that the vehicle is being used to transport hazardous materials) in order for the vehicle to be authorized to deviate from a lane in a roundabout where necessary.
