| EFFECT: Removes one of the criteria in the bill for when a domestic worker is not entitled to rights under the Washington Law Against Discrimination (the criteria removed is the provision regarding when a hiring entity informs a domestic worker that there is reason to believe the person receiving care has documented behavioral conditions that will result in discrimination and abusive conduct). |
