On page 3, after line 14, insert the following:
"(6) Beginning January 1, 2023, no package or box containing a covered product manufactured on or before the effective date of this section may be offered for distribution or sale in the state."
| EFFECT: Prohibits, beginning January 1, 2023, the sale or distribution of a package or box containing a covered product manufactured on or before July 1, 2023, for covered products registered under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, or July 1, 2022, for all other covered products. |
