On page 3, line 34, after "sources." insert "Electrification options and program schedules identified under this subsection may not prohibit or otherwise interfere with a customer's ability to choose alternative, nonelectric cooking or grilling equipment."

EFFECT: States that electrification options and program schedules identified in a beneficial electrification plan may not prohibit or otherwise interfere with a customer's ability to choose alternative, nonelectric cooking or grilling equipment.
