"(5) This section expires July 1, 2027."
On page 11, after line 14, insert the following:
"(4) This section expires July 1, 2027.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 8. Sections 1, 2, and 4 through 6 of this act expire July 1, 2027."
EFFECT: Expires the provisions of the act on July 1, 2027.
