EFFECT:  Provides that, with respect to claims submitted to the Landlord Mitigation Program related to damages to residential rental property when a tenant-victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, unlawful harassment, or stalking terminates the tenancy, the Department of Commerce shall provide for the confidentiality of tenants' personal information and shall have such rulemaking authority as is necessary to protect the personal information.
