On page 3, after line 9, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 3. A library or library district that has funded, promoted, sponsored, or partnered to sponsor drag queen story hour within the past twenty-four months, or has plans to engage in such activities within the next twenty-four months, may not incur any indebtedness of any kind under this chapter.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 4. Section 3 of this act constitutes a new chapter in Title 27 RCW."
Correct the title.
| EFFECT: Prohibits library districts that have funded, promoted, sponsored, or partnered to sponsor a drag queen story hour within the past twenty-four months, or plan to engage in such activities within the next twenty-four months, from incurring indebtedness of any kind under the statutory chapter governing libraries.
