On page 3, line 28, after "means" insert ":

(i) For school districts with an annual average full time equivalent enrollment of less than one thousand students, two thousand dollars per student, increased for inflation beginning in calendar year 2020.

(ii) For school districts with an annual average full time equivalent enrollment of one thousand students or more,"

EFFECT: Provides local effort assistance of up to $2,000 per pupil for school districts with fewer than 1,000 students, rather than $1550 per student in the underlying bill.
