On page 6, line 28, after "chapter." insert "The department must publish a document that identifies the sources of information that it relied upon in developing any rules adopted under this section, including any sources of peer-reviewed science."

EFFECT: Requires the Department of Ecology to publish a document citing the sources of information that it relied upon in developing any rules to implement restrictions on the provision of bags by retail establishments.
