On page 11, after line 22 of the amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 10. A new section is added to chapter 82.04 RCW to read as follows: In computing the tax due under this chapter, there may be deducted any amounts derived from the pass-through charge collected by a taxpayer pursuant to this act.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1 A new section is added to chapter 82.08 RCW to read as follows: The tax levied pursuant to RCW 82.08.020 does not apply to a reusable carryout bag or a recycled content paper carryout bag provided by a retail establishment pursuant to this act.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 12. RCW 82.32.805 and 82.32.808 do not apply to this act."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
